Creating A Discipleship Culture

Everything that is built well starts with a solid foundation. Jesus words tell us so:

Therefore, everyone who hears these words of mine and puts them into practice is like a wise man who built his house on the rock. The rain came down, the streams rose, and the winds blew and beat against that house: yet it did not fall because it had its foundation on the rock.  But everyone who hears these words of mine and does not put them into practice is like a foolish man who built his house on sand. The rain came down, the streams rose and the winds blew and beat against that house, and it fell with a great crash (Matt 7:24-27)

Many churches and ministries have tried different approaches to building culture through discipleship curriculums and programs only to find limited success. When that newest program or curriculum has been completed without the desired outcomes it quickly becomes painfully apparent the discipleship foundation has cracks.

Success in building the proper discipleship culture doesn't happen by accident. It requires intentionality and proper coaching. CLC works together with our ministry partners to help build, support and sustain you through this process. Our model is duplicatable and effective.

CLC believes that a disciple is one who is seeking Jesus, being transformed by Jesus and has clear understanding of the mission which Jesus called us too.
